All of our team works wherever we’d like – reliable high-speed Internet and a newer computer are our only requirements. Spread across four different time zones throughout Mexico and the US, we sign in on a schedule that fits our lives best. We communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take ownership of our work.
100% distributed doesn’t hold us back from getting to know each other – daily conversations in chat include non-work topics like #cooking and #travel. Working individually, but acting as a team fosters respect and care for our colleagues.
You start your role with training from your manager who makes sure your on-boarding goes smoothly. Then you will learn about the company’s mission and vision with an emphasis on “high touch” customer service. Your learning will never stop as growth is a key for your professional development.

How We Hire
The hiring team reviews candidates’ applications based on a rubric for the job requirements. To proceed to the hiring stage, candidates will typically participate in two interviews via video chat, as well as a skills test based on the role. You’ll hear from us throughout the application process.
